The service

ProposalForge helps you draft and edit client-facing writing. AI output can contain mistakes. You are responsible for checking facts, rates, scope, commitments, and terms before sending anything to a client. Suggested proposal terms are not legal advice. We do not guarantee replies, contracts, revenue, or error-free results.

Your account and content

Live AI early access is for US adults aged 18 or older. It uses Google’s free API tier, which permits product improvement and human review of submitted text and generated output. Use only public, nonpersonal, nonconfidential content. Paid ProposalForge plans do not change that processing tier. Groq answers product questions and can provide writing when Gemini is unavailable. Use an email address you control. Only submit content you have permission to use, and do not impersonate others or use the service for spam, deception, or unlawful activity. You retain your rights to your input and may use your drafts, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. We process your content to provide the service.

Plans and billing

Free includes 3 proposals and 3 fixes total. Starter is $10 per month, with 20 proposals and 25 fixes per billing month. Pro is $15 per month at the founding price, with 40 proposals and 50 fixes per billing month. Section regeneration uses a credit. Failed generations and outputs with blocking checks do not use a credit. Hourly limits and one generation at a time apply to all accounts. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.

Cancellation and refunds

Payments and recurring subscriptions are handled by Contra. During early access, each successful payment and renewal is reviewed manually before that billing period’s credits are activated. Use the same email for checkout and ProposalForge and submit your payment reference at /billing.

Manage or cancel recurring billing in Contra’s payment history. Cancellation at the end of the billing period preserves access through that period. Email hey@shaidt.com within 14 days of a charge for a full refund. Deleting your ProposalForge account does not cancel your Contra subscription. Cancel recurring billing in Contra separately before deleting your account.

Availability and responsibility

We may update the service or suspend misuse. The service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted availability. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
